Designations
Certified Fraternal Field Manager (CFFM) Designation

The FFMA and Kinder Brothers International (KBI) have partnered to provide a fraternal field management training course entitled The Fraternal Professional Patterns of Management. The course features 10 sections:

  1. Planning Desired Results
  2. Communicating Effectively
  3. Recruiting Winners
  4. Building Confidence Through Competence
  5. Developing Independent, Responsible Producers
  6. Creating Prospect Attraction and Trust
  7. Setting Agents Up for Early Success
  8. Consistently Monitoring What Matters
  9. Multiplying to Maximize
  10. Enhancing Leadership Skills


This course, normally available through KBI at a cost of $1,116, is now offered to managers of FFMA 
member societies for $285 which includes all books & CD's.

Along with fulfilling the requirements for the CFFM designation, this course also partially fulfills The 
American College's Chartered Leadership Fellow (CLF) designation.
