FIC of the Year Award
Each society selects an FIC or FICF who has earned the distinction of being your FIC of the Year. Awards are presented at the NAFIC Annual Conference. A picture and a short story about each recipient appears in the FIC Perspective. Fraternal activities, work among local units, service to members and a satisfactory amount of quality business are some reasons for choosing an individual for this coveted award. Nominees must be a member of the NAFIC.
Agency Builder Award
Each year, the head of a society's Agency department nominates a manager or general agent from his/her society to receive the Agency Builder award. This award is based on his/her achievement throughout the year. Awards are handed out at the NAFIC Annual Conference each year, and names and pictures are printed in the FIC Perspective.
To be eligible for this prestigious award, the society must be a member of the NFCA and also the FFMA. The award recipient must currently be an active NAFIC member and have been a manager or general agent for at least two years. The nominations are based on the agent's active interest and involvement in the FIC program, persistency, volume of paid business and leadership/recruiting abilities.
